Creating a Intimate, Always-On Streaming World for Justin Bieber

Watch the Recap Video

Following the announcement of Justin Bieber’s Coachella 2026 headline performance, his team partnered with StagePilot to build a streaming environment where fans could experience his creative process — without exposing his personal life to tabloids or traditional press.

Justin transformed a secured film-studio lot into a creative compound featuring a performance stage with a 100’ screen, recording studio, Skylrk pop-up, skatepark, NBA court, and various collaborative spaces. The goal wasn’t a typical promo rollout, it was an authentic window into the months leading up to the festival.

The core challenge: the production had to disappear. Justin didn’t want to feel like he was on set, yet the system needed to operate like a broadcast network. StagePilot built a 9 robotic camera studio with 60 channels of audio, hidden control room, mobile capture capabilities, and infrastructure ready to go live 24/7 for months at a time.

The fully self-contained broadcast ecosystem, operating from a concealed control room with redundant connectivity and remote workflows allowing spontaneous moments to go live without interrupting Justin's environment.

Over ten weeks, the project delivered a first-of-its-kind look into a superstar’s life and work, from early song creation to collaborations with athletes, designers, and comedians, while enabling honest, real-time conversations with hundreds of thousands of fans around the world.
